Last weekend , we had a talk & workshop by Mr Yoosuf, an expert frame maker who owns Y Shahul Hameed Glass & Frame Makers at 57 Kerbau Rd, Singapore 219181 who shared with us more on frame making, how his father, Y Shahul Hameed came to set up his frame making business in Singapore in 1948 , the Thoppithurai Muslim Association and many more interesting facts.

Attendees of the workshop also got to watch frame making demonstration by Mr Yoosuf and get a hands on experience in frame making and leave the workshop happy with a frame for themselves.

Upon the end of the program,attendees also had a quick tour of the Nagore Dargah Indian Muslim Heritage Centre where facets of the culture and traditions of Indian Muslims were shared .
